“Silenzi Buoni” it’s a dialogue between Sarah and me; I’m investigating Sarah; I’m helping Sarah.

Sarah is suffering from mild depression and emotional instability; Sarah is ugly; Sarah is disagreeable; Sarah is lonely.

In this project I attempt to show how beautiful she really is; how much beauty I see in her.

How much I love her.

This project takes me away from reality, maybe out of respect. I look away. This respect requires a detached look.

Without distance, no possible modesty is really possible.
